Purpose

ResQRespond gives firefighters, officers, and chiefs a clean, real-time view of active incidents directly on their phones. Instead of relying solely on radio traffic or station monitors, responders can see call details, locations, and basic status updates while en route.

Coming soon, ResQRespond will also integrate map data from ResQAccess, allowing crews to see door code locations, key facility notes, and access points right on the incident map.

Key Features

Live Incident Feed

See active incidents as they come in, including call type, address, time, and basic unit assignments — all formatted for quick reading in the field.

Mobile-First Design

Built from the ground up for phones and tablets, so the interface works as smoothly in the cab as it does in the chief’s office.

Mapping Integration

View incidents on a map with location context. Future releases will overlay ResQAccess data so crews can see door codes and facility notes in one place.

Unit-Centric View

Filter calls by assigned unit or station so each crew can focus on the incidents that actually involve them.

Status Awareness

Support for basic status awareness, such as which units are en route, on scene, or available, helping command keep a quick mental picture of the response.

Built for Interop

Designed to work alongside ResQAlert and ResQAccess so dispatch, access, radios, and mobile response all stay in sync as one ecosystem.

Why ResQRespond?

Modern incidents move fast, and your crews expect information to follow them — not stay stuck on a whiteboard or station TV. ResQRespond gives firefighters and command staff a live window into what’s happening right now, wherever they are.

Combined with ResQAlert and ResQAccess, ResQRespond becomes part of a complete workflow: calls are received, tones are sent, access information is available, and mobile units can see the full picture on their devices.

Designed by firefighters, for firefighters, ResQRespond helps small and mid-sized agencies bring big-city situational awareness to their day-to-day operations.
